Sony recently announced two new PlayStation 3 models with a dramatic increase in storage capacity on Tuesday, including models with 160-Gbytes and even 320-Gbytes of capacity.
The latter model, easily Sony's largest, will be offered as part of Sony PlayStation Move bundle that will ship beginning Sept. 19. Sony said that the 160-Gbyte model, available now, will be offered for $299.99. Earlier on Tuesday, retailers like NewEgg had begun placing the new capacity point on their order pages.

Sony ships its PlayStation 3 in two capacity tiers, both otherwise using the same hardware. Sony's existing PlayStation 3s come in both 120-Gbyte and 250-Gbyte configurations, for $299 and $349, respectively.
Microsoft's Xbox 360,meanwhile, is available in a 250-Gbyte configuration, for $299.
Sony's larger 320-Gbyte PS3 will be launched in conjunction with the PlayStation Move, Sony's motion-based controller that will launch next month. That "PS3 Sports Champions" bundle will include the 320-Gbyte PS3, a PlayStation Move motion controller, the PlayStation Eye camera, a copy of "Sports Champions," and bonus Blu-ray game demo disc.
Sony has also released pricing for the many different components of the PlayStation Move family
of controllers.
